Policy

** We kindly advise you to go through our policy carefully for the mutual convenience of our customers and our salon **

• We have the right to refuse or stop service for any person

• We are not responsible for your lost or damaged cell phone(s) or personal belonging(s).

• If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment we will consider you a walk-in.

• Our prices are available on our website. Please confirm the pricing with nail techs before receiving the service.

• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Enhancements, dip, and gel polish manicures are under warranty for 10 business days after your services. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 10 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 10 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged a service fee. Please remember, that your nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

    ** Normal polish services are not guaranteed **

• Gift cards are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.

• If you are diabetic or have an infection or fungus, we may refuse to serve you. If you insist on receiving the service, it will be at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any consequences.

    ** NO cutting services are allowed ** (Diabetic clients please inform our technician so we can provide our service with proper care.) **

• Please keep conversations or phone calls to a minimum to ensure complete relaxation for other customers.

** GROUP APPOINTMENTS:

• When you book a group of 3 or more, we require a $50 to $150 deposit at the time of booking to reserve your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your services.

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us 7 days in advance. We understand that things come up.

• With any edits to your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior. Otherwise, a $35 penalty fee will be charged for each cancellation/no-show person within the group with less than a 24-hour notice.
