• Please book your appointment at least 2 business days in advance of your anticipated date.
• A salon representative will reach out within 24 hours of receiving the appointment request, during business hours.
• Please note that submitted requests are not guaranteed bookings until we confirm with you.
• Please make sure to provide the correct phone number or email for confirmation and reminder before submitting a request.
** Should you not receive a confirmation regarding your request after 24 hours, please contact our salon directly for confirmation. Our salon representative will gladly assist you.
• For 2 people or more please book individually or let us know in the appointment notes
** For any changes or cancellations please call/text us at 608-440-3869
• Please do not reply to confirmation/reminder texts or email
• All appointment requests that are made the day of will result in walk-in status unless you receive a confirmation from our salon representative.
• DOAN currently does not accept any new clients for herself but she could help with any special nail design request.
